10/10 RECOMMEND! Reached out last week to see if they were able to service my Jacuzzi Spa. Marissa mentioned they JUST became a service partner for Jacuzzi (and I was their 1st customer!) Yay!! lol :) They were able to get me on the schedule and got a tech out to me today. David was FANTASTIC! Courteous and on-time, he was also able to quickly find and fix the issue. Will definitely be utilizing them for future needs! THANKS SO MUCH!!

I had originally left a negative review due to a miscommunication that put me in a bad spot. I have since talked with the owner and the issue was resolved and made good twice over, and so I am giving this business five stars. I apologized for being impulsive. It was all good as it was a learning experience for both parties. The owner, David, was very professional and kind.

The service provided by The Pool and Spa Connection is top notch. My pool was green and full of leaves. I got home from work and it was clean and clear with a follow up appointment already set to come back and get the pump filters cleaned. The professional guy who came out was courteous and informative. I highly recommend this company.

Ive been a customer of Pool & Spa Connection since moving here in 2017. For the last several years, Mary has regularly tested my pool water and instructed me on the chemical maintenance. More recently, David K had to make repairs, when I purchased a new home with another pool. And, Im super excited about the renovations Im discussing with Owner, David Hanor, to be completed this fall. I highly recommend Pool & Spa Connection!
