They gave us terrible advice that ruined the balance of our pool. We had to spend hundreds of dollars on more chemicals to correct their mistake. I will not be returning.

Catherine and her team did a wonderful job, from start to finish. They were quick to address any concerns that we had, during the pool building process. We are thoroughly enjoying our pool, and would not hesitate to recommend Pool and Spa Connection to anyone who is considering an in ground, vinyl liner pool.

Recently purchased a home with a spa that was not functioning. Set up an appointment to have a staff member come to the house and inspect the spa. The end result was a phone call from the business saying that a leak was likely along with a $95 invoice. Paid the invoice and called the business back to ask about repairs - they just referred me to someone else. The account is listed under my husband's name - Michael.
