I made an appointment at the 831 NE Main St location in Simpsonville south carolina. I received two text messages reminding me of the appointment one 45 minutes prior to my appointment which I thought was very professional. When I get to the office she told me she tried to reach me to rescheduled which she did not because they did not have a agent on duty that could assist me with my type of tax return. This is completely unacceptable I had to rush through another appointment I had before I went to H and R block I rushed to get there so I can be professional and be on time. They are NOT trustworthy company. A similar situation happened to me last year at a port st lucie H and r block. I am done giving this incompetant company my business too many other great services. I would never again use them and I will let everyone I know about the disgusting service I received from them.
