      image Total Umproffetional, I called in asking for an appointment to do my taxes. A woman gasping on the phone, asked me to wait, after minutes the woman came back asking for my social security number, address, and my name. After she sees my last name she asked if I wanted a Spanish speaking person to deal with. I felt offended as she judged me by my last name to be a Spanish person, I don't speak Spanish I'm not Spanish. DaSilva is a portuguese name and even my portuguese is rusty. I have nothing against Spanish but Noone can judge others by the last name, it's so unprofessional and not right, there are lots of Chinese people with dasilva last name from Macau(China). I'm going to contact HRBlock management for this one.
