Fantastic!!! They put some transmission fluid in my car for me, that I could not do myself due to my poor eyesight for free. I thought that was incredibly kind of them.

We got turned away today to patch a hole in a tire because they still had two appointments left and no guarantee they could get us in today, even though when we walked in there were 6 people standing there doing absolutely nothing. Suddenly when we stated what was needed, they all scattered. Thanks for nothing.

the level of service has gone downhill fast, went in for tires on my camper and ended up with attitude from an inexperienced tech and a superviser that wasnt much better
almost a year later after speaking with an associate who informed me they had a new crew, gave me a price on tires and was asking if id give her a shot, so I did. Well when I got my bill the tires were alot more than quoted. I just saved my breath, paid and left knowing ill absolutely never give goodyear my service again. Its NTB or Discount from now on.

Wow!
I was absolutely blown away at the high quality service I received from the Simpsonville Goodyear.
As a business owner myself I am very busy and didn't want to sit in the lobby & twiddle my thumbs all evening, however the manager, Abi Scuccimarra:
Definitely went above - beyond with having my YukonXL + my utility trailer serviced. I was able to get new tires on my trailer, but she is like the glue that keeps everything running!
*In regards to Abi, the manager:*
-She multitask better than anyone I've seen in an extremely long time
- It was obvious that she genuinely cares ab servicing customers needs
- Abnormally knowledgeable about tire dimensions & pricing
- Super friendly
- Moves quickly around the facility
I cannot recommend a better location to have tires/vehicles serviced other this particular store.
Obv tire quality is great, but the service today seals the deal for a lifetime loyal customer!
