        Very nice neighborhood, convenient to shopping. Nice Townhomes with good size rooms and storage. Maintenance attentive to requests and grounds kept in good shape.

        Plenty of cabinets, we've met some nice people. Demetral is awesome!We need people to slow down of course, there are kids here, one almost got hit by a car due to someone speeding, ran the stop sign and on their phone texting. Property manager is good.I had some maintenance issues and they always respond in a timely manner. Parking could be a little better considering some people don't use their garage,but park their four vehicles into the extra spaces and use their garage as storage. NOMB.People should keep their dogs on a leash, considering there are kids and adults that are scared of dogs etc. Had to spray for ants. People let their dogs poop and they don't collect in a bag.
