        I had my follow up for spider vein treatment on my legs. I told the front desk when checking in I was not happy with my results. When I was brought back to the room I felt the nurse was trying to convince me I had great results. I was told I would need to pay an additional $490 to have the area retreated after having already paid the initial cost of treatment. I was shocked because in the past I have had vein treatment elsewhere on my body and the doctor would not charge any additional money if the area needed to be retreated or needed a touch up. Next time, I will go back out of state for any future treatment needed by a place who values patient satisfaction. Also, like another reviewer mentioned, they did try to bill me an extra $100 after the initial payment for a 30 min session even though we only did a 15 min session. This was corrected however after having to call and explain a timer was set during the appointment for 15 min. If you decide to go here, definitely ask questions concerning cost and the cost of potentially needing an area retreated if you are unsatisfied with the results. It is expensive for not getting the results I was hoping for.

        Very clean fresh office. everyone was pleasant. Tech explained everything she was doing. Doctor Jackson was excellent and explained everything so I could understand in plain English. Would recommend this center to all

        I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Park. She was so kind and personable. She has great bedside manners and was super helpful advising me through all my needed procedures. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful too. I would highly recommend Dr. Park and Carolina Vein Care!!
