We recently had a leak in our 2nd floor ceilings, in two rooms, from a water heater needing to be replaced. Greenville Restoration came out the day it happened to start drying out the water damage and place necessary restoration equipment - super quick response! The team was very thorough in explaining all that would need to be done in order to protect our home from mold growth, and to repair the damage done due to the water leak. They provided clear and accurate estimates for the needed time to mitigate the water damage. They clearly explained the steps they would be taking and the order in which the processes would be followed. They answered any and all questions we had throughout the process. Additionally, the team worked diligently with our insurance company to file our claim and to provide all required documentation for us to receive claim compensation. Greenville Restoration was super professional and extremely respectful to us and our home. We highly recommend Greenville Restoration for any of your emergency or other restoration needs! They are amazing!

Alex was very proficient in diagnosing and remediating the water that damaged our bathroom, hallway, and guest bedroom. He was very good about checking the progress of the dehumidification and sanitizing of the impacted areas in the house. Great job Alex!
