        Again, this builder does not care about the customer and makes the fact abundantly clear. Stay away!

        Builder takes every shortcut you can imagine and throws low quality homes on low quality lots. As soon as issues arise, builder is non-responsive or refuses responsibility. The ground is eroding away beneath my foundation and driveway as well as my backyard is disappearing inch by inch, builder refuses to remedy the situation. Maybe he will actually care once the foundation crumbles. I would rather live in my car than ever have another home built by this company. Wish I could give zero stars. I think their main goal is to rob and take advantage of as many Americans as possible. Update as of March 2022: we have now discovered the ground beneath the foundation of the home has eroded away and is causing the foundation to sink. Builder does not care. Operates under multiple LLCs. Beware!!
