        The manager should of said, "hurry up and buy", because she wouldn't leave me alone for 5 minutes. To make matters worst, I didn't even have a purse. I used my gift card and left.

        Dont waste time doing online order. Their systems are from the 90s. They will say they have things available until you get there. Then they tell u they have to cancel the entire order bc ONE item is not in stock. Just go instore.

        I'll start by saying that the customer service reps are nice. It's just a bit much being asked "what brings you in" EVERYTIME I walk in the door. A hello or greeting is enough. Please wait for the shoppers to ask for assistance.

        Came in with my wife and her best friend. Extremely unhelpful and rude. Couldn't get any help out this so called manager. Apparently she isn't interested in working or helping anyone that came in. This company upper management obviously doesn't care about being successful

        The staff is super friendly but the general manager needs to take a chill pill. Everytime my partner and I go into the store the overbearing weight of performance anxiety from the manager really just sours the shopping experience. It's a case of following the rules too hard.
