Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! Will NEVER use again and would NEVER recommend to ANYONE! They take way to long for a project to be done, and keep pushing back when their actually going to do it and its the same story every time. Took over a month for even two rooms for carpet to be installed!!!! Then never even came to finish the other project after DEMANDING and BUGGING me about payment!!! Do NOT give these guys your money and do NOT waist your time! They also ordered stuff we didnt need and tried charging us for it, after we confirmed cancellation on said items. They are now being sued because I still have not gotten my refund back after again being told oh yeah youll get it this week. Its been almost 2 months! Had someone else get our floorings done. WHAT A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!! Hes stating the refund was ready but when asked about it multiple times THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO IT UNTIL I WAS ABOUT TO GO TO COURT. This place is ridiculous. All true facts in this review and no I will not take this review down because this is the REALITY OF WHAT HAPPENED. All excuses. And false facts on their end as I have proof via text.

They have a great friendly service and a lot of unique products and tools like the Old Masters stain collection in some hard to find colors like cherry. I highly recommend them for solid hardwood floors because they know some of the best old timer craftsmen who have been doing floors their whole career. They also some other laminate flooring that Isnt found in the hardware sheds. They are some really cool looking floors. Definitely worth checking them out.

I patiently waited 2.5 years to get to start my flooring project. This house was built in 1983 and the carpet was original so about 40 years old!! Originally I was going to do a nice engineered wood but after talking to several pro installers with Blue Mist I saved up and went with real hardwoods!! I am only doing one room at a time and getting there design expertise is far more than I expected. The follow up and all the little extras is so helpful in keeping the project moving. Patience is a virtue and the installers they use are worth the wait because they are such professional craftsmen. We are on track to continue our hardwoods through the foyer, down the hall and into the kitchen. I have already started the design process for where I want tile and carpet and can't wait to see my forever home come together.
