David and his team took such great care of us after I was hit head-on by a driver running a stop sign. They took on all the load of dealing with the other drivers insurance, our insurance, and the hospital billing. The peace of mind they gave made the lengthy healing process that much easier. We never felt like just another client. They were also a great resource when ever questions arose about how the hospital system works and providing alternate medical facilities that were familiar with and had billing set up for patients dealing with litigation. The settlement they worked hard for was very favorable. We thank the Lord for giving us the help they all were to our family.

After I spoke with the people in this practice in the beginning, I thought I was in good hands. Until months and months went by and there was 0 communication and no progression in my case. I wont go into too much detail but I wasted a whole year after getting in my accident with no progress. I would wait months after not hearing from them, finally give them a call and would be told the same thing I was told previously. I was more than patient with them due to the type of car accident I was in. Theyre nice people but dont take on someones case if youre not equipped on how to fight for it. Me personally, I dont think they would be the right pick if your case is complex and requires actual investigating and fighting for. But again, during my consultation he made it seem as if I was in such good hands. Once he took my case, he cane up with every excuse in the book as to why we werent making progress after going MONTHS without communicating with me.Thankfully I was able to find someone who was able to take my case and has made a complete difference in only a matter of weeks after taking my case. Thanks for nothing Southeastern Law!
