If I could give a negative number I would. Once Meghan gets your business, you won't get any further response. I called too many times to count, emails were NEVER acknowledged either. Called her number and got sent to a call center in Florida. I switched what I could to another agency and they even called and emailed her with zero response. Do not do business with Brightway!!

Once reading other reviews it all makes sense. Cannot get in contact with Megan after the initial conversation. Multiple emails go unanswered, phone calls not answered, and no answer to voicemails.

Brightway insurance was amazing when I first used them. Megan was exceptional and answered all my questions. After a year I needed updates and changes to be made and the agency was unresponsive via email and phone. I tried multiple times to email and call with messages left to no avail. Hopefully it doesnt happen to others.

We are moving from Florida to South Carolina, we needed to arrange for new home insurance, we had Brightway in Florida and we were always happy with the service, it did not change in South Carolina, Our Brightway agent Megan Schauer was great and made the process very easy, we would recommend Brightway to anyone looking for home insurance.

Megan was a fantastic broker. She was quick to respond to emails, found us a deal that was even better than what we had previously with better coverage and made the process of finding and buying insurance so smooth and easy. Thanks again Megan!
