All Star heating really came through for me. My unit went out and we had no heat and needed everything replaced and they rush to get another unit in so we wouldn't go without heat and offered to bring some space heaters to use till it was finished. Thanks so much for everything yall did!!!

Tech left uncomfortable with performing any work because I had the burners removed already from my gas furnace. I honestly think it was because he brought a vice gripe to a pipe wrench fight. Said I'd grab mine and even put burners back. Oh well. Will save money doing it myself and having my uncle test before light off just more delay. Very good communication and quick to respond though!

Had a heat pump go out, called after 5pm and Ron was able to come out the next day before lunch!! Found it was a simple fix and didnt charge me a dime. Would absolutely recommend to everyone and anyone; will definitely be going to them when its time to replace our system.
