        Absolutely slow and awful service at the package shipping area (amazon returns, etc). Not the employees fault, just not enough help. Hire somebody!

        Store is supposed to open at 8am. No one was staffing print shop or Amazon returns. Several customers left without being served. One employee was at checkout but could not assist with any other areas. Don't open if you aren't properly staffed. Perhaps store hours should be adjusted.

        summerville staples.... the longest line in the store is the return line for Amazon. They put the slowest person to operate it. One lady walks around lost the entire time, and the only one that has any hustle is in the back watching a printer. How about add another line and employee to handle amazon? It shouldn't take 45 minutes to handle 3 customers.
