Very good service for mothers day flowers they went out of the way to prepare what I wanted

I called to place an order for a co-worker's birthday flowers. We agreed on $70 as a total, with a $10 delivery fee. The delivery was fast, but my card was charged $100! I called to find out why, and they added extra balloons that were not agreed to. In addition, my co-worker sent a photo of the flowers to our group chat. The arrangement is SMALL, and I don't feel it was anywhere close to being worth $100. I have ordered flowers from other shops in the area and paid less for a lot more. I will not order from this shop again. It's not ethical or right to charge 20% more than the agreed-upon price, especially not without notice. This is tantamount to theft as far as I am concerned. Only giving 2 stars because the flowers that she did get were pretty.

I ordered flowers for my aunt's funeral with a card and was assured they would be there. This was the only way I could afford to pay respect to as I could not be there. Day of the funeral there was nothing from me at the funeral but everyone else's were there. When I called I was told it was the funeral homes fault even though I was assured when purchasing that my arrangement would be at my aunt's funeral. I trusted this company with a moment to represent me and my families respect for my aunt and they didn't even care that they they did not follow thru and now the moment is gone for me to pay my respect. Would NOT recommend this florist at all.
