Great mechanics near me everyone needs a go-to shop they can trust and this is that shop for me. Respect to all the workers at express oil change. Especially the mechanics they do a great job. If you go to jiffy lube now for your regular car needs. I highly recommend u switch over to express bc I have and do not regret it.

I've gone to Express on several occasions for oil changes and brakes, and have always gotten excellent service. But here's my most recent experience that I must share: I heard a funny noise coming from under the hood, so I took the car to have it checked out. Now, this is Customer Appreciation Week, and they were busy, but they immediately came to the car to take a look at my problem. After an initial examination, Jeff explained to me that the car needed a pulley on the water pump. I agreed to have the work done at what I feel was a very reasonable price. They had the car ready for me to pick up that same day. And when I drove off, I knew Jeff had done a great job. But that's not all! Today I got a call from Kevin, the Service Manager, who explained to me that they had a refund for me for an extra water pump gasket that wasn't needed! I just find that phenomenal in this day and age where everyone seems to be out to rip people off. I'm a widow on a fixed income and I could go on and on about how unscrupulous mechanics have ripped me off. So in closing, here's my five stars, hats off, and two thumbs up to Kevin, Jeff, John and the rest of the hard working guys at Express Oil Change! Their sign says Trust, Honesty, and Respect is who they are. They can also add Integrity to that list!
