Truck broke down on the highway at night. Called JB first thing in the morning and told them what happened. He was upfront about what he believed the issue was and even gave me a number to call for a tow. Diagnosed the issue as soon as I was towed in and was upfront about the issue. I even asked if he was able to find the location of a scraping noise and he didn't have to fix that. He went ahead and fixed all the issues within a day and didn't try to sell me on the old gimmick of "the air filter needs changing" or "your oil was black so I replaced it". 10 out of 10 would recommend again

James worked on my H2 Hummer today and had it In-N-Out the same day. That was the first time I've used him but I will always bring my vehicles back and my family's car's. He found another problem that I didn't even ask him to look for and it's been driving me crazy I had a small water leak and could not find it and the water pump was leaking from a seal very slowly. That was a relief to me to find out all I needed was another water pump instead of major work. James thank you very much. I have managed mechanic shops for over 20 years in Charleston South Carolina but got hurt and cannot work on my own cars right now so it's hard to trust somebody else to do the work but I trust James to get it right at a fair price . He beat everybody in town on price. Thanks James , you got my future work and my family's work for always. Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Another trip to JB Automotive and another part fixed. Two of the only honest mechanics I know. Fix your part at a reasonable cost in a reasonable amount of time. Thx again an I'm sure I'll be back for something else.
