Wonderful service here! Our car broke down on the way to Michigan and the Walterboro Ford Service Team took excellent care of us. The service manager, Jeff Ament went above and beyond to help us out. We were on the road again in a short time. Im very happy with this dealership and would recommend them highly. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

They had our vehicle for 10 days and didnt even diagnose it. This was our second bad dealing with the service department. Never again!

Will never do business with this place again. Told me tires were new and tires are good, all 4 tires are dry rotted also 2019 vehicle with 31,000 miles on it has problems in front end with tie rods soooo not good dishonest people taking advantage of a single woman
