You can call, email, call again, and get zero help. This company put my deceased wife back on my insurance after I took her off so they could charge more. Should call the BBB and may soon. Hideous service and treatment is worse.

Sammy D. has been our insurance rep since 2009 when we moved to Edisto Island. She handles all our insurance needs: home, cars, boats, flood etc. My wife can't believe how efficient she is and how quickly she responds to us. Recently we had a small claim, which we were having some issues with the carrier, Sammy steeped up and did her very best to straighten matters out. We believe, the issue has been resolved. Thank you Sammy for all your support.

Would like to Thank Michelle Harmon for her help a couple weeks ago. I was in an accident that wasn't my fault, and she went above and beyond to make sure that the other party was taking care of me. Car Rental ETC. She is a great asset to your company!!!

Michelle Harmon is the Best.. I had a deer hit my car a couple of months back and I contacted her to see what I needed to do and her first question was "are you alright?" She is very concerned about her clients and she made sure my claim was handled and I did not have to do a thing.. She is awesome !!!
