        Terrible experience. I submitted my paperwork on the App and was told to pick a local representative to work my taxes. After 6 weeks, I had heard nothing, but on the app it said they were in progress. I finally called and was told that the local office isn't even affiliated with the app and was given an 800 number. When I called it they haven't even assigned me to anyone. Never again! Also, had to provide my full social to the lady at the 800 number which made me very uncomfortable since it sounded like she was working from home surrounded by a lot of people.

        I had an appointment at 9am when they opened. When I got here (at 9:03) they already had someone in the back. At 9:15 the employee asked what I needed and I told her I had a 9am appointment. She responded "okay" and kept walking. So apparently appointment times don't matter here. Last year I said I wouldn't be back, and now I remember why.
