Casa Oaxaca Mexican Restaurant

The food is good, the service is beyond horrible! ONLY 1 waiter in the whole restaurant spoke English and knew the menu the 1st girl that came to the table couldnt even take the drink order because she didnt know what soda was and what kind they had. We waited 15-20mins after we got seated to be addressed by anyone. Its not worth the experience nor the drive to come eat here!! We left pretty disappointed and unsatisfied! And not full at all. We most likely wont be back.

Went for dinner tonight with friends and it was by far the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. As non Spanish speakers ordering food was an adventure and ended with only 2 of the 8 plates we ordered being correct. 2 other plates were incorrect and the remaining 2 never showed up until we wrote down the order for them. Unfortunately, even then the order came out incorrect. Never were we checked on, asked if we wanted refills or in any way appreciated as customers during the almost 2 hours we were trapped in this place. To make matters worse when we did get the right food it had so much salt it was almost not edible. I can't stand San Jose, but do yourself a favor and go to San Jose instead of this terrible place.

The location and the atmosphere could use some attention. A bit of issues ordering due to language barrier as well. Tried to get some clarification on the difference between some burritos. I just went with the Oaxaca and appeared that it was the wrong one. After cutting into it the pineapple and shrimp were inside instead of topped like the menu says. Tasty and authentic food, but the service and atmosphere could use some help.
