Super helpful and kind folks, got us in during Sturgis when everyone else was 2 weeks out. I was originally told by another shop that I might have transmission issues, however the team at precision assessed the issue as a dirty throttle body and had me out the door for a very reasonable price. No more issues 2 months down the line. 10/10 would come back for any future work I need.

Carl is the host with the most. The experience from my first phone call with Carl, for my car repair, to picking up my car was refreshing. Carl called me with his diagnosis of my car, took care of my car problem, AND even repaired blunders made by the prior auto shop.
