        Me and my family love living here. The staff at the office are very friendly and were willing to help us during a difficult time. Joshua made me feel very comfortable and was just really friendly, I dont have anything bad to say about Antelope Ridge. :)

        Cost me over $4400 to move out. We bought a home, and had to break our lease. Office people are kind, but the homes themselves are not worth the cost. If/when it comes time to move out it will break your bank. Rent WILL go up every year you can bet on that.

        Joshua and charity are the most kind people you could ask for and in terms of resolution these people take care of their renters. I have lived here for just a few years. If youre looking for a decent place at a fair price that can help you get into a home with little renters history this is the place for you

        Wonderful place to live, I love how everyone has dogs, the neighborhood is very friendly, they keep the areas clean, Susan was the one who help us with all the application procedures online, she was very helpful and kind, we were in MN never saw the place in person just google photos, and it did accomplish our expectations, office management and maintenance staff are amazing.

      Hey Trevor we appreciate you providing feedback regarding your move out. If you break your lease, there will be a charge, which is typically less than the cost of the full lease. Happy you bought a home, but there is no need for a negative review when you broke the terms of the lease contract you signed. Rent goes up everywhere, every year, it all depends on the market. What doesn't go up which will go up for you, is when your water heater or HVAC system goes out on a weekend and you have to pay out of your pocket to have it repaired, which you wouldn't have had to do in Antelope Ridge. There are benefits to owning your own home and for renting and we see both, hopefully you do now too! Best of luck to you!
