We do curbside pickup and it seems like every time the drink is overfilled and leaking, our Frappuccino had the drink running down the side of the glass and dripping out the bottom of the drink carrier. Food; fries were great, Big Mac was short on lettuce, thinner patties than I have ever seen, fish sandwich not as tasty as I anticipated and it would be a plus if it was centered on the bun better. The server dropped my napkins on the floor, went back for more and didn't pick up the dropped napkins. The second window for drive up delivery was left open twice and I closed it twice myself as it was -5 and the arctic blast of air was cooling off my fries rapidly. The atmosphere of the dining room was cold, colorless, and boring.
