        They will lie to you, steal from your vehicles and then overcharge you. If you argue about the bill, they double it. Can't take a cc for payment. Seems they have been charged with fraud?? I had them tow a truck that had slid off the road. They emptied 300 gallons of diesel from the truck, took out the batteries, then shut off the reefer. They stated it was for "fire safety ". A lot of the "spoiled" load disappeared. Adding to their reply, you stated that you accepted my company check. You accepted the check, cashed it and still didn't give me the truck back. I had to get a local law firm, in Rapid City to make you give it back 3 weeks AFTER you took my money.

        This person doesnt know how to talk with anyone I called him three times because my truck got stuck on road for two days he is totally annoyed instead of understanding me he was yelling on me. I know they are busy because of bad weather, but they should know how to speak. He can give me clear direction bro I am busy but I can schedule you for next day or tomorrow. Find some one else. Dont waste your time. I am from Canada this was first experience with this kind of things. I didnt know any single thing about this city. No one properly helped me

        Our pickup broke down by Wall, SD and we were pulling a camper. Andrew from M & W towing came out with a roll back, put the pickup on that and hooked up to the trailer. He dropped the trailer at a campground site in Wall and then the pickup to a repair shop. Thank you Andrew!! He was professional, courteous, helpful and friendly! Service: Special vehicle towing

        We were on our way to Idaho from Minnesota towing a 5th wheel trailer when our truck broke down between Rapid City and Hot Springs. I called M&W Towing. They were out within an hour, towed the truck to a repair shop and had a truck with a 5th wheel hitch to tow our trailer to a campground. We were grateful they were able to tow both the truck and trailer and get us off the highway. Thank you M & W Towing!

      Thank you for your review, Steven. The only transaction we can find with your name was from a law enforcement call on November 17, 2018 for a truck and trailer that slid off the road and was against a grove of trees in a pasture east of Rapid City near I90 MM 67. The passenger side of the truck was tore up, the sleeper was tore off and pushed back into the trailer, and the front part of the trailer with the reefer unit was ripped open and pushed back against one of the trees. Fuel had leaked onto the ground, so we may have had to drain the remaining fuel, since we couldn't tow it on the interstate with fuel leaking. We had to winch the truck and trailer away from the tree and back onto the road 50 feet away. We did not handle the cargo because the trailer was upright, so we were able to take it to town "as is". We also did not touch the batteries or reefer unit. The truck and trailer was with us until you paid the bill by check on January 25th, and you got the units on February 1, 2019. Our policy for removal of impounded items requires payment in full at the time of release by cash only to avoid cancelled checks and credit card disputes. However, we did accept a company check from you, only requiring the normal 3 business days after deposit to make sure it cleared before you removed the truck and trailer. We also have not been charged with fraud to our knowledge. Please contact us directly with any further concerns.
