Bills are always on time, emailed around the 20th with due on the 1st. You get a 15 day grace period before there is any late fees and after that you're charged a late fee but a nice big of time. Bills are able to be paid online with a small service fee or you can mail/bring your payment in. Everyone at City Hall have been great to work with any time I've needed assistance.

This place is terrible deposits are outrageous impossible to get ahold of and catch 22 if your not on the bill you cannot pay it bills due on the first no online no balance check there bills never show up in the mail and if you happen to miss paying by the 10th they charge you more and if it's a really small bill as in 40 dollars if you don't pay it by then of the month there is no grace they shut you off and charge a 100 dollars terrible company they need a complete rework on how they do thing also as a side note if you do get shut off pay everything up don't expect them to come turn you water on for a couple days that's what I'm going through now
