I've had Mercury Credit Card for quite sometime. Never had a problem. Great card. Just pay your bills people, I see so many negative comments on here. When your bill is due you PAY simple as that. Love being a Mercury credit card customer.

Terrible service, you call customer service and they hang up on you....you can have money in your account and still get denied when trying to make purchases...would NOT recommend this company or service ices....they take your money but won't let you spend it anywhere!!!!

Update: They stole another $2000 again!!! I already reported them to the BBB and consumer protection agency. What a nerve!!!! Thieves!!! I will find a lawyer and take this to court so they never steal again!!!
First Bank & Trust just violated our agreement , and ignored the 3 monthly minimum payments, went behind my back at stole about $2000 from my checking account to force me to pay the balance in full!!! I trusted them with my info and they betrayed my trust. Maybe remove the word trust from your name as a start? They have no desire to provide customer service but to take what they want. How is this legal? I have the right to have a debt and pay it in installments. They just dont care. No communication, just stealing. I never heard this before. Unacceptable, unprofessional and cruel. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because theft is illegal. My bank stopped their unauthorized payment request. Shame on you!!! - If there are any class action lawsuits contact me.

Everything will be fine until you have a problem with a charge. I have been disputing an unauthorized charge for nine months without any resolution. I haven't been presented with any evidence in that time that the charge is valid-and the balance is once again showing that I owe it. They seem to have a strategy of making it as hard as possible to communicate by offering only mail and fax to communicate with their different deadlines. Also, customer service will make it as hard as possible as well to solve the issue by simply just hanging -up, with one day hanging-up on me 5 times. It's hard to believe there is any investigation at all regarding my unauthorized charge-they just want you to go away. I have had to file a complaint with the FDIC for help in dealing with this bank's credit card department in hopes of resolving this issue before I terminate the account. Do not use this bank.
