Went to donate, went through the new donor routine again (cause I havent donated for a few years. Stopped mostly cause of the way I had been treated, before. ) Go through everything, get weighed, then summoned back to talk to the nurse to be told, "You weigh to much, maybe lose some weight and come back then and donate." Excuse me, there nothing saying you have to be under certain weight (trust me, I checked and two, I've donated before, being a higher weight) Plus, I've seen bigger people then me go in to donate. Seriously, I wont go back, it was a waste of my time and all I wanted to do was donate plasma. If it was possible to give zero star, this would be it.

Grifol is the most amazing place to work and as an exemlpoyee, the greatest experience ever!! I've gotten the opportunity to see both sides and everyone is amazing!! They work hard to meet your needs and if it's not right for you, so so sorry! I'm always happy there, the hearty laughs, the smile that go along with the great attitudes!! This place is the best! Continue to help those that need your plasma and enjoy the awsome staff! I always did and will continue!
