When my wife and I bought the lot for our new office building (Brookings Vision Center), the realtor recommended that Kyle Rausch build it. Kyle and his crew were awesome, these are just really good people. Here is a special shout out to Joe and Johnny you guys made this such a fun experience. I appreciated the attention to detail, quality, professionalism, and especially the guidance. There was always a great solution for every aspect of this project. This is a top-notch organization. They have nothing but your best interests in mind. Dakota Land Design will be building our next home also. Kyle, a sincere thank you!

My husband and I have worked with DLD on both a commercial project and a custom home, and had a great experience with both. I personally appreciate the design-build process they offer, because youre able to be hands-on with the design of your project directly with the builder. Theyre easy to work with, have a fantastic crew, and the outcome of your build, in terms of craftsmanship, is top notch.
