Clerks are rude (for no reason) over the phone, I dont even have that high of standards but being told I was going to be put on hold then being hung up on without a call back by one of your clerks was really sad :/

I hope the mistake I have made will never be made by anyone else. I'm an international student living off campus. It was the first time the utilities came this high. I didn't have that much money to pay the bill. In order to pay the bill, I set up an account on their website and paid the bill via my parents' credit card. They are living in Asia. I don't know what kind of payment gateway they are using. My bill was $150. As per the current conversation rate, it was supposed to be around 13000 INR. But when my parents got the message, the money deducted was 30000 INR.

Honestly some of the rudest, unprofessional, and mean people I have ever had to deal with. They answer the phones in a very disrespectful way. If you do not like your job or are having a bad day dont take your stuff out on customers. Un freaking believable. For having so many paying customers you would think they would be just a little freaking nicer.
