Red E Charging Station

The location of this charger is excellent, it is near lots of dining downtown, a museum, and library. Unfortunately there are limited level 3 stalls and they are throttled to about 27kw. I arrived and another car was charging. I plugged into the level 2 charger in the next stall and went to breakfast. An hour later the other car still wasn't full. There's not a lot of charging available in this part of SD, it would be nice if this station offered faster service so the level 3 stall could turn over more quickly.
