I called to ask a question about a concern I have about a rotting power pole with a live wire on it, the receptionist transferred me to someone to answer my question. I ended up leaving a message for him. After not receiving a phone call back from him in a few days I called back and asked if he was available to talk to because I was becoming very concerned about the live wire hitting the top of the building that was hanging over or even making it to the ground. The same receptionist that answers the first time answered again and made it sound like it was a big concern of hers to get a hold of the guy that I was supposed to talk to and said she would do right away. Needless to say, it's been a few days again and I haven't heard back from them. I definitely will not have this company do my work.
