Dakota Insurance

Dakota Insurance is great. Although, I don't know if it's the company or the agent because I followed Mark Hendricks from First Bank and Trust over to Dakota Insurance and he never disappoints. He's always on top of things, quick to respond to any e-mail or communication and always ready to help out. Would recommend.

Justus will always have your best interest at heart. He assesses what your true needs are and will give you the best possible rate. I trust him implicitly and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for good, honest coverage.

Justus has always gone above and beyond in taking care of my insurance needs. It started with me coming to the local area and buying a house from auction. The condition of the home was not the best and no other insurance company wanted to cover it. Justus met with me and figured out what my goals and plans were. He took that into consideration and wrote a policy for me. Since then, I have moved all of my insurance needs to Justus. He does a great job and if he doesn't know something (which isn't often), he is quick to get an answer back to you. I would trust him with any further insurance issues in my future.

I had been contemplating my home owners insurance coverage, as when we purchased our home neither my husband or I knew what we were getting in to :) I met Justus through a mutual friend and asked if he would be willing to review our current policy. Justus took time to meet with my husband and I at our home. He reviewed our entire policy that we had purchased through a different agency 2 years prior and then made suggestions that were appropriate to our family's needs. We are so grateful for the time he has taken to answer all of our questions and teach us about our policy. We now have our home and car insurance with Farm Bureau Financial Services and couldn't be happier! Justus is a great example of going the extra mile for his clients. Thank you :)
