Fast service, very knowledgeable. Austin was able to explain everything in detail and provide a good customer experience. I was able to get my oil changed, a new air filter, air in my tires and a coolent flush. They are new to the area, I was able to get in instantly vs a 2 week wait time at other places. 100% would recommend services at Valvoline.

Very Fast And Professional Service. They went out of their way to make sure they had the right oil and filter for my car. Now I do not have to drive 60 miles for an oil change.

I brought my car in when they just opened, nice and friendly people they explained to me what things my car needs done very thoughtfully and got me done quick and fast, they allowed me to choose what kind of oil I wanted depending on what I use my vehicle for. The prices compared to the other automotive repair in town are cheaper and I dont have to drop my car off for a day or two anymore. I never had this kind of experience and I think its a great add in for a town of brookings. They checked my lights, air filters, and topped off my tires for free. They also replace windshield wipers and lights for a decent price. They said I can come in whenever to get my fluids topped off and they wouldnt charge me a thing. I recommend this place for those who have a lot of time on their hands. I understand their are new people that are encouraging to learn and they to like what they are doing. The callouts are very professional and they kept me company during my service. I didnt have to step foot outside of my car. They did doubly checks very through full to make sure they didnt miss a thing that most of the companys dont do. I did a transmission flush and and my car has never been happier. I didnt know they replace batterys, Ill have to keep that in mind for the winter time. If they didnt have something in stock they would recommend me places to help me out, if there was something that the workers were unsure about, they would ask the higher up, I think his name was Avery? He seemed super excited to be opening his own store. Again, super nice I would recommend coming here more often. They made is worth a dollar.
