Swiftel Communications

I will be changing internet services here soon. Swiftel provides awful service all around, internet and customer service. I can't tell you how many times we have run into issues with our internet speed or router stopping working. Not to mention that their online bill pay half the time doesn't work and they will disconnect you the first chance they get. Don't forget the outrageous fees they will tack on to do so and will say you have no choice but to pay next months bill on top of it all, even though it's not due yet. They need to fix their system, or not be surprised when they lose all their customers.

Swiftel is by far the worst and most expensive internet (ONLY) provider for the Brookings area. Constant internet connectivity issues, more expensive then they should be, and old unreliable utilities. While competitors, like Midco, are charging the same price for up to 50 times faster and more reliable internet. You end up paying for thing you don't use like a non negotiable land line.
