        Iconic Hamburger Joint nestled in the beauty of the Black Hills. These 1/2# Burgers are monsterous. Plenty of variations to fit all palettes. I'm glad we stopped. You will be too. (ATTN: SUGAR SHACK SUFFERED A CATASTROPHIC FIRE AND CONSEQUENTLY BURNED TO THE GROUND. CURRENTLY CLOSED!!!)

        Please rebuild!!!! It's so sad to lose such an awesome, historical place where folks, (both tourists and locals) could sit and mingle and enjoy each other or just sit and people watch . The whole community was heartbroken when The Sugar Shack burned down.

        Was told we was holding up table when me & wife was meeting friends. The wife and I got there got table and waited for friends. They text about 10 minutes out and waitress ask how much longer. Tolder her few minutes went by and they said about ten so about 5 minutes. They say ok then 2 minutes later they asked again. How much longer cause was told holding up table. I told them and minutes. She wanted us to get up and let someone else set and then friends show up. I've never had a restaurant ask me to move so someone else could eat. Sugar shack was favorite even when Bubba owned it wasn't impressed with it today.
