        One of their agents swindled an elderly lady to sell her home for less than it’s worth. He violated his ethical commitment and He told her that he will not bring the buyers if she had her realtor come over and convinced her she wouldn’t get more out of the house. Leaving anywhere from $60 to $100k on the table. She also had to pay his commission for the sale and the buyer and her realtor. I would recommend working with a more ethical group before working with these guys.
