        Nice people bad pricing, 2,400 square foot glorified mobile home for 710K is a bit off the wall you can build a damn nice house for 290 a sq foot

        I cannot say enough about how great Riverbluff is! Madigan is amazing and super helpful. Although we went a different route and purchased a home instead of building I will forever recommend them!

      Hi Wade! We have over 200 floor plan options from several companies. A home at $800,000 is closer to the top end of our homes we offer with many options. That price also included your plumbing, HVAC, electrical, site work, foundation, utility hookups, taxes, delivery, finish and warranty. This is also a two-story home.
