Rant-N-Wave

Sweet older lady but went in to Cheri as I was out of my hometown to get my roots done. I went in with platinum blonde hair and left with brown. The bleach went well it seemed and when she toned it, it went to shades of brown, grey, blue and purple. After trying to strip the color/toner it was not successful, leaving me with blotchy tones everywhere. I’ve spent years getting my hair to platinum just how I loved it and 2 hours at her house it was ruined. Very frustrated and heartbroken that my hair is like this now and have no idea how to fix it, and won’t be home for weeks to see my normal hair stylist as I am traveling for work. Maybe she is able to cut hair, but I do not recommend getting color done by her.
