Dailey Dental: Matt Dailey and Jace Bunkers

First off, if you ever have tooth pain from wisdom teeth get them suckers out!! I was in excruciating pain the other night. Nothing helped. I even went to the e.r. where they told me to take more Tylenol (ya, i wouldn't be in the emergency room if Tylenol helped ) the next morning I called Dailey dental (whom I had an app already set up for the 8th, of course my mouth didn't wait for that appointment) dailey dental is one of the best places ever. I can't stress enough how fast they acted and with such caring and helpful customer service. It felt like in those moments of pain, they only cared about me and helping. (Sounds a little selfish but man the amount of care from the way they treated me to the way they even talked to me was above and beyond!!) Within 30 minutes they squeezed me in to be seen and within an hour of that I was getting into Sioux land to have them surgically removed. From start to finish wow. I'm officially on the mend and feeling better. Thank you for caring.

Over the past several years I've noticed that my dental visits seemed rushed. Today however that was not the case for the first time I felt like my needs were fully met and my hygienist took the time to explain things to me as well as the dentist. several employees who kept lurking in to see what was taking so long while I was in the chair, did not distract my hygienist from continuing to do the best job that I've had in a long time. I do not make comments I don't do social media but this is rare. And it needs to make a comeback.

I have gone to this dentist for 27 years and I had moved during the time that I was receiving a bill. I was only sent two bills and after that later on in the year I received one to my old address that it was sent to collections. I called the day I received the bill in my possession and paid it to them in full and apologized as I had moved and was not getting their bills. They said nothing else. At the beginning of this year I called to make an appointment and it was made. I called them 50 minutes or so before my appointment just to be told they actually never scheduled me and they have a rule on once a bill is sent to collections they no longer would see you. Even after explaining what had happened and being a loyal patient of theirs for 27 years they will no longer see me for this one incident that was a miscommunication.

Make sure to check your before getting services done here. I was told my insurance would cover my appointment. I did not confirm with my insurance because I was assured by daily dental that I would be covered. Now I have a $1000 bill and being forced to pay. What a scam. My next step is bbb.

Matt is the best dentist. He truly loves what he does and takes awesome care of his patients. Highly recommended!!
