Mark, while its no fault of ours you were stuck on the interstate I have come to this conclusion. your tractor and trailer were both winched back on the interstate, cc was ran by our driver. In the time after my driver had left the scene, you proceeded to spin out and then again get stuck on your own accord. by no way is it our driver's fault that you got stuck for a second time. He had a PRIORETY call he had to get to for local police. therefore, you were informed when you called the second time that he did not have time to come back and pull you out a second time at that moment, and it was going to be an hour to an hour and half before he could get back to you. I'm sorry you were upset with how things played out but like I said it's not our fault you got stuck a second time. I hope the rest of your trip went well.
