Thank you Jon for exhibiting outstanding customer service! My son luggage was LOST,Jon went above and beyond to locate my son bags when no one else took the time to help! Our son was traveling alone as a freshman to attend college football camp (out of state) all of his belongings were in his bags. Jon assured my husband and I he would do his best to locate our son luggage. He did a wonderful job keeping us updated and had the bags delivered to my sub firm that evening. You're the BEST Jon! You should be recognized for doing an outstanding job taking care of customers.

Normally have good experiences with this service. Last week we were to be picked up at 5:30. At 5:50 we called themthey were already at the airport and had no record of our reservation. We had to drive ourselves to the airport and paid $112 to park there for a week. Never. Again.

Pick up at the airport for our arrival was quick and easy; the cost is $7 per person. However, scheduling the pick up and drop off at airport for our departure a few days later didnt go very well. Called the day before for a 6 am pick up 2 miles from the airport. They said they could only do 530 or 630am. We decided to go with 630 since the airport was small, our flight was at 7:30am, close to our pick up spot and the airport in Rapid City s tiny. They said to call at 615am to let them know we were on the way and we did that. At that point they said to call again five minutes before we arrived to our pick up location. We did that as well. They were TWENTY MINUTES LATE ON PICK UP and arrived at 6:50am which resulted in a later checkin at the airport and getting through security. We RAN THRU THE AIRPORT to get to our gate AND WERE THE LAST ONES ON THE PLANE. We barely made our flight. Not a fun start to the day! Super frustrating as they kept sayin he is coming and sorry to stress you out. Inexcusable! Plus $7 per person for a two mile ride that was LATE. The company said they had several shuttles running that morning but that did not appear to be the case.
