The lady is never there. My daughter has tried to call and emailed several times to get stuff fixed. They constantly have inspection I'm not sure how they pass as they dont fix anything! She never gets a call back not to mention she still hasnt got her deposit back from renting the party room almost 2 months ago! Very unprofessional business!

I've lived at whisper rock apartments for almost 6 years. When Kathy was the apartment manager everything seemed to be smooth running when my apartment flooded due to a pipe bust they provided my family with a hotel room and a small discount on my rent due to the inconveniences, a great community to live in. A couple years into me living there Kathy had resigned and they got a new apartment manager. Everything seemed great at first, till the manager assistant was going around telling other tenants, about other neighbors information such as infractions and evictions, I did report it to the apartment manager and he asked I don't mention it to one specific tenant as she would report them and it was a big fine for that. Fast forward a little. My main bathroom, bathtub got a crack in the bottom and was leaking .The apartment manager tried blaming me saying I dropped something and would possibly be responsible to replace it I reassured him nothing was dropped , the apartment maintenance said that it cracked due to the bathtub being put in place before the foundation was settled. My bathroom hasn't been in working conditions for 6 months. After months of waiting they had someone come Dec. 13th to start replacing the bathtub, they left and noone came back to finish it. The toilet wasn't even hooked back up to be used. I asked for a update almost weekly and was told a company was coming in about a week each time. A new manager started this year (2023) and informed me that they didn't have anyone set up to come. And that due to another pipe busting in a different apartment building and it costing the company 100,000 dollars to fix it that it may take time to be finished. I put in my 30 day notice Feb 2023 ( bathroom still not done), asked for a discount on my last month's rent due to the inconveniences of not having my main bathroom available to use for almost 6 months and I am suppose to be paying for a 3 bedroom 2 bath not a 3 bedroom 1 bath but the management ignored my request. Very unprofessional. Nice apartments great neighbors, iffy management.
