Cool building. I can’t say much for the inside since I was only here to deliver food to someone who lives here, but the outside is beautiful!

The only reason I'm giving three stars is because it's truthfully a good place to live. However, my car was broken into in the line of sight of a security camera, but I was informed they don't work. Be warned. Also, with the renewal contract negotiations and the process of leaving the unit, the representatives only worry about the new tenants moving in. Specifically, the tenant will be on the hook for a full electricity bill and can't shut it off if they move out early and the lease is paid in full.

Very condescending on the phone and rude to military families. Also Zillow website lies about being pet friendly.

Good place for older adults. Quiet with no outdoor play facilities to encourage people with young children. Average age is in 60s. The quiet hallways without noisy children running around have made this a nice home.
