There's no doubt about the superb service and That Tek Guy, you get when you call Jack Daniel. By the time our visit was over, Jack had my printer hooked up to my computer; plus I received bonuses with Jack answering questions and guiding me to apps, programs, and virus protection that was beneficial to my needs. My daughter recommended that I call Jack Daniel and now I am recommending that you call Jack, That Tek Guy, now.

Jack is truly a life saver. My printer was having major issues and I was beyond frustrated. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He takes customer service to a new level! He even took the time follow up with me and make sure everything was working properly! He needs to raise his prices because he is amazing!! He does what he says he's going to do and he does it right! 10 STARS **********

Jack built my computer from scratch, for work and for play, and it is amazing. Any applications or programs were troubleshot and runs smoothly. I was having internet problems and he resolved that as well. When anything goes wrong with my phone, or any other electronics, he immediately solves any problem. He is the best! I swear this guy has microchips in his bloodstream!
