Ulta Beauty in Rapid City refused to cooperate with law enforcement and is making them get a warrant to view their security footage. When visited by law enforcement, the store staff remembered the thieves and the $1000 purchase attempt.
However, Ulta policy will not release the security footage so that Law enforcement can catch these thieves in a timely manner. Their policy enables high dollar theft. 3 weeks later, law enforcement still waits for the valuable information that Ulta could have immediately provided. So, these thieves continue to steal and sadly due to their policy, you might be next. Thanks Ulta
Needless to say, this company will never see another dime of my money.
