This evening I dealt with a rather unpleasant woman named Tammy. She needs customer service training. Extremely rude. Refused service because she lacked the skill to confirm which pump to prepay on even though it was the only car in the parking lot. People should not work with the public if they dont know how to behave.

Could give a $hit less, terrible customer service. Will hang up on you mid sentence and then not answer the phone. Go elseware, anywhere for better service.
