Chris was terrific! We stopped over to the house after he had been there for an hour and he gladly answered our questions. My husband and I chose Chris for our pre-purchase home inspection and absolutely made the right choice! Upon arriving at the property, Chris took me to the side to discuss the inspection process and what to expect. He was very thorough, professional and answered all questions I had regarding the home. He was also very informative, providing details of the home build, quality of the materials used in the home, and what to expect regarding longevity and maintenance up keep in the future. Chris was very personable and a pleasure to work with. Due to a last minute work issue, my husband was not able to be present for the inspection, as such, Chris was very accommodating and ensured me that my husband could call him to discuss the details of the inspection. If you are in the market or have a need for a home inspection, I recommend choosing Chris as your inspector!
