horrible agency! reported to insurance commission! changed policy types, failed to add out buildings, failed to pay carrier, actually sent us an email saying we were paid in full after carrier had already canceled the policy for non-payment, run don't walk from this agency,

The agent is disconnected and passes the buck on problems with policies. He blames the client, "the girls" (his office staff--ridiculously unprofessional way to refer to female staff), and anyone else but himself. We have been trying to update our policy with changes for months and Ken decided to blame us for issues during our conversation today. "It's not like this is the first policy we've ever written. I think we know what we are doing. It seems like you or your husband or someone from your side" is at fault essentially. This is not the first issue with this agent. Unprofessional with poor attention to detail.
